    Quality Control Process:

                    3D Scanning:

    The Quality Control process starts with 3D scanning Cooper Standard’s final product, using eviXscan 3D Heavy Duty 3D Scanner of Evatronix to record precise 3D data of the product in point-cloud data format.

    Step 2: Comparing point-cloud data with original 3D CAD models (supplied by customers):

    After the 3D Scanning process is completed, the point-cloud data of the final product will be compared with the original 3D CAD designs to evaluate the product’s quality that satisfy customers’ demand.

    Step 3: Exporting reports in paper or digital format (PDF, etc.):

    The quality control process completes when the measurement softwares (Eg: Geomagic Control X) automatically extract Quality Control reports. The QC reports are informative and image-rich, they can be formatted for traditional prints format or DPF format for presentation.
