Are you looking for 3D printing materials for your 3D printer? Smart Design Labs provides a variety of print media; color; uses. Cheap 3D printing materials at Smart Design Labs, with high quality ready to meet all your needs.
Introducing cheap 3D printing materials at Smart Design Labs
ABS plastic:
ABS 3D printing resin – Full name is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. ABS resin is a light, amorphous thermoplastic. ABS plastic liquefied when the glass transition temperature (2210C with ABS plastic) is reached. It can be heated to the melting point, cooled and reheated without changing the chemical properties. ABS plastic is therefore recyclable.
PLA plastic:
The full name is Polylactic Acid, which is a type of plastic in the thermoplastic group; manufactured from resurrected resources; for example corn starch and sugarcane stalks. PLA resins have properties similar to those of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE).
Because the cheap 3D printing materials can be made from existing production equipment used to make petroleum-based resins; PLA plastic is highly cost-effective. In addition, PLA is the second most abundant plastic in all bioplastics.
Smart Design Labs has flexible PLA and transparent PLA plastic rolls available.
Plastic Peek:
In 3D printing, PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is one of the highest quality materials. It is a colorless organic thermoplastic; Achieve the best results in thermoplastics globally. PEEK is a branch of the Polyaryletherketone family (PAEK).
PEEK plastic filament 3D printing has many unique features; bearing capacity and heat resistance are much higher than common 3D printing resins like PLA or ABS. All of which make PEEK an interesting choice for a variety of industries around the world such as Medicine; Aerospace; Oil and Gas; and Car manufacturing. It is the ideal choice for small quantity production and intensive design; areas that are difficult to fabricate using steelmaking and traditional techniques.
TPU plastic:
TPU (Thermoplastic PolyUrethane) possesses many features, including plasticity; Transparent and resistant to oil, grease, abrasion. Extremely flexible for industrial applications, TPU 3D printing plastic is the first choice for manufacturing projects that require the quality of both rubber and hard plastic.
TPU, designed for stable 3D printing, is a semi-flexible and highly chemical resistant plastic with strong layer bonding. TPU can be used to reproduce the geometry of any real part or stand-alone designs.
